Job summary

Vector Synergy is seeking a skilled ICT security specialist in Brunssum, the Netherlands, to support NATO networks and JSSC applications. You will escalate complex issues, document trouble tickets, and provide SME guidance to end users and communities of interest.

Fluent English, office tools proficiency, and deep knowledge of TCP/IP and security principles are essential. This role requires NATO Cosmic Top Secret clearance; a strong analytical approach to security policy and networking

Qualifications

• Must have excellent spoken and written English communication and presentation skills, demonstrated within the past 5 years.
• Proficiency in the Office Suite and reporting tools.
• Excellent understanding and experience of network communication protocols TCP/IP, OSI layers, firewalls, and security principles.

Responsibilities

• Escalate complex issues to Level 3 support teams and support troubleshooting, debugging, and issue resolution activities.
• Document and track technical issues and trouble tickets, ensuring proper communication.
• Provide subject matter expertise (SME) for JSSC applications to end users and communities of interest (COIs).

Skills, knowledge, experience required
