Job summary

Vector Synergy in The Hague is seeking an experienced security professional to support NATO CIS accreditation programs. You will provide input to proposals and Statements of Work, and contribute to security planning and documentation.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 5+ years in cyber security, and knowledge of security risk assessments and accreditation processes within NATO or national military organisations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 3 years post-related experience, or equivalent proven expertise (~10 years) in related duties.
• At least 5 years practical experience in cyber security or related field (architecture, capabilities, services, risk management).
• At least 1 year of experience with security accreditation and risk assessment methodologies/tools.

Responsibilities

• Providing security accreditation-related input to Project Proposals (PPs), Statements of Work (SoW), and other project documentation.
• Conducting Security Risk Assessments in support of the security accreditation of NATO CIS.
• Identifying, planning, requesting, and managing the development of accreditation documentation, including CIS Designs and Security Architecture, Security Plans, risk assessment reports, and STVPs.

• A minimum requirement of a Bachelor's degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in a related discipline and 3 years post-related experience. Or exceptionally, the lack of a university degree may be compensated by the demonstration of a candidate's particular abilities or experience that is/are of interest to NCIA, that is, at least 10 years extensive and progressive expertise in duties related to those in this Statement of Work ;
• At least 5 years practical experience in cyber security or related field, such as developing and maintaining cyber security solution architecture, developing or delivering capabilities and services in the area of Cyber security (especially network security), or complex and demanding technical environments; cyber security risk management ;
• At least 1 year of experience with:
• security accreditation of major communication and information system (CIS) acquisition and/or development projects for a large organization;
• security risk assessment methodologies and tools.
• Experience in working for or supporting a military or governmental organization ;
• Experience with security accreditation process within NATO and/or national military organisations ;
• Knowledge of NATO Security Policy and supporting directives.
