Job summary

Tradie VA is seeking an experienced leader to guide the Australian VA team, serving as the go-to expert for JackApp and JobTread to support builders and contractors.

You will coach VAs, optimise workflows, configure platforms for new clients, migrate data, and develop training materials. This remote role follows Australian business hours and reports to the Head of Mentorship & Onboarding.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project coordination or construction admin.
• Hands-on with JackApp and JobTread.
• Experience coaching and mentoring teams.
• Understanding of Australian residential construction.
• Experience with Buildertrend or Buildxact.
• Training material creation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Australian VA team.
• Provide technical support on JackApp and JobTread.
• Set up and configure platforms for clients.
• Migrate clients between systems.
• Create SOPs, guides and training videos.
• Monitor client communications and issues.
