Job summary

A2G Consulting (A2G Technologies) is seeking an experienced ITSM Implementation Lead to drive ITSM service delivery, establish governance, and oversee migration and integration activities. The role requires 8–10 years of experience and a strong background in project management and ITSM.

The position is hybrid with 2 days Work from Home and 3 days in the office in Amsterdam, Netherlands. A2G offers visa sponsorship and opportunities for certification and professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM processes, frameworks, and service delivery models.
• Proven experience in project management and ITSM implementation.
• Hands-on experience with migration and integration activities.
• Familiarity with governance frameworks and RACI matrices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of ITSM service delivery models and processes.
• Develop and manage governance frameworks, RACI charts, and responsibility matrices.
• Oversee ITSM migration and integration activities, ensuring smooth delivery.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and service providers to align initiatives with business objectives.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks and dependencies, and report on milestones and outcomes.
• Support change management and continuous service improvement initiatives.
