• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in professional services or equivalent education and experience.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow workflows, platform capabilities, and business processes.
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications aligned with the assigned workflow.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead projects independently and manage complex issues.
• Understanding of AI concepts, ethical considerations, and practical business applications.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize workflows using ServiceNow capabilities and industry best practices.
• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, testing strategies, and knowledge transfer documentation.
• Guide customers in defining requirements, reviewing deliverables, and approving solutions.
• Collaborate with product teams to share customer insights and drive continuous improvement.
• Resolve escalations, lead complex engagements, and provide functional guidance to junior team members.
• Coach and mentor Associate Business Process Consultants.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows, generate insights, and improve business outcomes.
• Maintain relevant ServiceNow skills and certifications.
