Job summary

Frencken is seeking a Senior IT Project & Team Lead to drive strategic IT and digital transformation projects across Europe. You will lead and develop the European IT team, collaborating with business stakeholders and the Global IT organization to ensure project success and governance.

You bring 5+ years in IT project management or leadership, strong vendor and stakeholder management, and a track record of delivering complex IT initiatives in a high-tech manufacturing context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management, IT leadership, or similar roles.
• Experience leading teams and delivering complex IT projects.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and business processes.
• Experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver IT projects and digital transformation initiatives.
• Manage project scope, planning, resources, risks, and stakeholder communication.
• Lead, coach, and develop the European IT team.
• Act as the link between business stakeholders, local IT teams, vendors, and Global IT.
• Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives.
• Support the implementation of global IT standards, governance, and best practices.
• Manage external IT partners and suppliers.
• Contribute to the European IT roadmap and long-term technology strategy.
