Job summary

Frencken Group is seeking a Senior IT Project & Team Lead to drive strategic IT and digital transformation initiatives across Europe. You will deliver projects, manage scope and resources, and act as the link between business stakeholders, local IT teams, vendors, and the Global IT organization.

You will lead and develop the European IT team, coach colleagues, and contribute to the IT roadmap and long-term technology strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management, IT leadership, or a similar role.
• Experience leading teams and delivering complex IT projects.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver IT projects and digital transformation initiatives.
• Manage project scope, planning, resources, risks, and stakeholder communication.
• Lead, coach, and develop the European IT team.
• Act as the link between business stakeholders, local IT teams, vendors, and Global IT.
• Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives.
• Support the implementation of global IT standards, governance, and best practices.
• Manage external IT partners and suppliers.
• Contribute to the European IT roadmap and long-term technology strategy.
