Job summary

Frencken Group is seeking a Senior IT Project & Team Lead to drive strategic IT and digital transformation initiatives across Europe. You will deliver projects, manage scope and resources, and act as the link between business stakeholders, local IT teams, vendors, and the Global IT organization.

You will lead and develop the European IT team, coach colleagues, and contribute to the IT roadmap and long-term technology strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management, IT leadership, or a similar role.
• Experience leading teams and delivering complex IT projects.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment is a plus.

As Senior IT Project & Team Lead, you combine project leadership with people management. You are responsible for delivering strategic IT and digital transformation projects while leading and developing the European IT team. Working closely with business stakeholders and the Global IT organization, you ensure successful project execution, drive continuous improvement, and support the organization's digital ambitions.
