Job summary

Vanderlande is seeking a Senior Project Manager Enabling Functions to lead strategic transformation initiatives across IT, Data, Digital and AI. You will partner with senior stakeholders across IT, Finance, HR, Legal and Procurement to translate strategy into tangible results and value realization.

You will build governance, drive cross-functional programs, and ensure delivery within scope, budget and timelines while fostering trust and stakeholder engagement in a complex international

Qualifications

• MBA or related degree required.
• PM certification (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, SAFe or Lean) preferred.
• 8–12 years of project/program/transformation management experience.
• Experience delivering complex transformations from strategy to execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex transformation projects from business case through implementation and value realization.
• Manage cross-functional teams and align business, process, technology and change activities.
• Drive projects across operating model improvements, process optimization, and IT/Data/AI initiatives.
• Establish governance, planning, budgeting, risk management and reporting structures.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and act as trusted adviser throughout the lifecycle.
• Ensure delivery within scope, budget and timelines and enable adoption of outcomes.
