Job summary

Carhartt EMEA/PAC is seeking a System Technician to ensure the continuity and functionality of IT infrastructure and provide help desk support for users across Europe. You will work under the Sr.

Manager of Technical Support – Technology Support, located in the US, coordinating with global IT teams. The role requires 3+ years in IT, knowledge of Intune/Azure and Microsoft 365 apps, and the ability to handle pressure while delivering prompt, professional support.

Qualifications

• MBO4 or higher in Informatics or a comparable study.
• At least 3 years of IT experience in a related environment.
• Knowledge of Intune and Azure.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Excel.
• Good English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support for European offices, including onsite, remote, and international associates.
• Ensure continuity and optimal functionality of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Diagnose hardware/software problems and coordinate repairs as needed.
• Log issues and tasks in ServiceNow and report status to stakeholders.
• Assist with Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and related apps.
