Effectory, Europe’s leading employee feedback solution, seeks an IT Systems Administrator to manage and secure the IT infrastructure, focusing on automation, AI, and process optimization. You will ensure availability and support end users while collaborating with vendors and stakeholders.

The role covers Microsoft 365, Azure, networks, servers, and cloud environments, with opportunities to design automations using PowerShell and Power Automate, advancing data-driven IT operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows Server administration.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN and VPN.
• Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD and Microsoft Intune.
• Experience managing Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 cloud environments.
• Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Basic understanding of IT security and monitoring tools.
• Analytical, problem-solving mindset.
• Structured and detail-oriented with proactive ownership.
• Good communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage Microsoft 365, Azure, and IT infrastructure.
• Manage networks, servers, and cloud environments.
• Ensure availability, security, and business continuity.
• Design and implement automations using PowerShell, Power Automate, and similar tools.
• Research and implement AI solutions that improve internal processes.
• Reduce manual work through self-service and automation.
• Optimize IT processes based on data and analytics.
• Maintain documentation and knowledge bases for end users.
• Advise on new technologies and innovations.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders.
