Job summary

Everience Benelux, part of an international consulting group, seeks an enthusiastic IT Support professional for Amsterdam. You will provide onsite hardware, software, and network support, configure devices, manage AD access, and resolve incidents within SLAs.

You will work with Windows environments, Office 365 and Teams, helping a 4,000-strong workforce stay productive. Fluency in Dutch and English is required.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Windows-based desktops and laptops in a large enterprise.
• Familiarity with Office 365, Teams, and mail services.
• Experience with ITIL-based incident and request management.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and enterprise apps
• Manage user accounts and access in Active Directory
• Respond to service desk tickets and meet SLA targets
• Support meeting room tech and AV equipment
• Perform basic network troubleshooting (LAN/Wi-Fi)
• Document incidents, solutions, and procedures
