Job summary

MR MARVIS, Amsterdam-based menswear brand and Certified B Corporation, is hiring an IT Support Intern to own first-line IT support alongside our Head of Digital Operations. You’ll be the first contact for IT questions from office and store colleagues, handle tickets, fix basics like Wi‑Fi and printers, manage devices and onboarding, and document learnings to prevent repeating issues.

Grow with the team as you gain hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Notion, Linear, Odoo, Shopify and POS

Qualifications

• Interest in IT, helpdesk or systems administration.
• Strong communication and service-minded attitude.
• Experience with hardware and basic networking.
• Organized and able to document work clearly.
• Proactive problem-solver who follows through.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Be first responder for IT requests from office and store teams.
• Fix basic network and office issues (Wi‑Fi, printers, meeting rooms).
• Support store technology during visits (iPads, PIN terminals).
• Prepare and manage devices for onboarding and offboarding; manage Google Workspace access.
• Write clear Notion docs and identify recurring issues for fixes.
