Job summary

Stafide is seeking a skilled Microsoft 365 engineer in Amsterdam to design, implement, and support Microsoft 365 solutions based on customer requirements. You will administer Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams, and manage Intune for endpoint security and compliance.

You will automate tasks with PowerShell, work with Microsoft Graph API for device management, and guide customers through governance, adoption, and licensing optimization.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of overall IT experience.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 technologies and administration.
• Expertise in Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Intune and modern endpoint management.
• Strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM) and security baselines.
• Experience with Windows PowerShell scripting and administrative automation.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and endpoint security.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API and device management automation.
• Understanding of Microsoft 365 governance and licensing optimization.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications are an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Microsoft 365 solutions that meet customer and business requirements.
• Manage endpoint configurations, device compliance, and security policies.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell and related tools.
• Guide customers through Microsoft 365 implementations, governance, and adoption.
• Explain complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Work independently while managing multiple implementation and support activities.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, customers, and cross-functional teams.
• Deliver technical training and prepare clear documentation for knowledge transfer.
