Job summary

IP Parking is seeking an IT Service & Project Specialist (32–40 hours) to ensure colleagues can best use IT resources and business applications. You’ll bridge users, suppliers and IT, translating needs into practical, future-proof solutions.

You’ll handle incidents, administer tasks, and drive digitisation, automation and implementations, contributing to the organisation’s professionalisation. No two days are alike, with varied project and support work.

Qualifications

• Experience as IT Support Specialist or similar role.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, IT infrastructure, and business processes.
• Ability to translate user needs into practical IT solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide workplace, system, and application support.
• Coordinate IT automation and implementation projects.
• Oversee new applications, features, and optimisations.
• Manage user access control and security measures.
• Document processes and coordinate with vendors.
