Job summary

Workwize in Amsterdam is seeking an IT Service Manager to lead IT Servicing, enrolling devices for clients and safely wiping/decommissioning returned equipment. You will join the current team and focus on fixing major pain points and handling escalations so most cases run smoothly without supervision.

You’ll work alongside the current IT Servicing manager to make IT Servicing part of our offerings, supporting sales in winning new clients and improving client interactions across 100+ countries.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical IT operations or IT service delivery.
• Hands-on with ABM/DEP and Windows Autopilot; Kandji, Jamf, Intune a plus.
• Experience with data erasure tools like Blancco.
• Experience with client-facing escalations.
• Proficient English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Escalations: Own and resolve enrollment and decommissioning issues; be the single point of contact for enterprise clients.
• Process and tooling: Improve IT Servicing processes, visibility, and integrations with clients and Apple; build playbooks and sign-off procedures.
• Commercial: Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to incorporate IT Servicing into the sales process; participate in prospect conversations.
