Job summary

Workwize is seeking an IT Service Manager to lead IT Servicing, focusing on enrollment and safe decommissioning of devices. You will join as a peer to the current manager, fix major pain points, and later help integrate IT Servicing into the sales process.

You will work in a flexible hybrid environment, handling escalations for enterprise clients and driving process improvements across internal systems and partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical IT operations, device or MDM management, or IT service delivery.
• Hands-on experience with Apple Business Manager/DEP and Windows Autopilot; Kandji, Jamf, Intune or similar MDM.
• Experience with device wipe or data erasure tools such as Blancco.
• Experience working directly with clients, including handling escalations.
• Experience with ticketing tools such as Zendesk or Pylon, and engineering tickets in Linear.

Responsibilities

• Own and solve escalations around enrollment (Apple Business Manager/DEP, Windows Autopilot) and wiping/decommissioning (Blancco).
• Be the point of contact for enterprise clients when something goes wrong, and keep them updated clearly.
• Find root causes of repeat issues to prevent recurrence.
• Improve IT Servicing processes, tools and visibility across internal systems, warehouse workflows and suppliers.
• Build and maintain playbooks, exception handling and the sign-off process for custom configurations.
• Work with Sales and Customer Success to bring IT Servicing into the sales process.
