Job summary

In this role you will register, classify, prioritize and address first-line incidents and requests, troubleshoot Windows/MacOS, Office/M365, and hardware including printers and mobile devices, and support onboarding, offboarding, relocations and access rights management.

• Experience resolving first-line IT incidents and requests.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows and MacOS, Office 365, and hardware.
