Job summary

HTM Technologies is seeking an IT Support Employee to assist colleagues across Hengelo, Almere and Dedemsvaart. You will support first-line IT issues, keep networks and digital workplaces running, and travel between sites as needed.

You will join the IT team in Dedemsvaart and primarily work at Hengelo, with occasional trips to Almere, ensuring reliable IT systems and well-equipped workplaces for staff.

Qualifications

• Completed mbo-4 degree in IT or a related field.
• Some experience in first-line IT support, helpdesk services or workplace management.
• Basic knowledge of networks, hardware, software and IT security.
• Practical, service-oriented and solution-focused attitude.
• Ability to explain technical matters clearly to colleagues with different levels of IT knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and provide first-line IT support and resolve incidents reported by colleagues.
• Proactively identify technical issues and contribute ideas for network and security solutions.
• Contribute to IT projects, such as replacing or expanding workplaces and setting up new users.
• Work closely with the IT team and support locations Hengelo, Almere and Dedemsvaart.
