Bergamin Consultancy in the Leiden area is seeking a motivated Junior IT Helpdesk Agent to provide first-line IT support across the organisation. You will assist employees with hardware, software, Microsoft 365, Windows and macOS devices, user account management, mobile device support, and general IT-related issues.

• IT-related education or equivalent practical experience.
• 2-3 years of IT support, helpdesk, or service desk environments.
• Fluent communication skills in both Dutch and English (written and spoken).
• Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, computer hardware, and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (Wi‑Fi, VPN, DNS, IP addressing).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Jamf, or ticketing systems is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
• Eager to learn and develop within a modern IT environment.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the first point of contact for IT support requests and manage tickets through to resolution.
• Troubleshoot and support Windows, macOS, mobile devices, hardware, software, printers, and peripherals.
• Provide support for Microsoft 365 applications, account access, password resets, MFA, and user administration.
• Assist with device enrollment and management using Intune, Jamf, and other MDM solutions.
• Prepare and configure laptops, accounts, and equipment for new employees and support onboarding/offboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate IT asset records and inventory.
• Follow IT security policies, identify potential security threats, and escalat*e issues when required.
• Create and maintain user documentation and contribute to continuous service improvements.
