Job summary

Coinmerce is seeking a tech-savvy IT Service Desk Intern to join the IT Infrastructure team for a 5–6 month placement at our Schiphol-Rijk office. You will be the hands-on, first-line support for employees, ensuring hardware, software, and tools operate smoothly daily.

You will work on enterprise IT operations, ticket management, local networking, and workspace deployments, supported by experienced IT specialists to build a strong foundation for a career in IT support or infrastructure

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in an IT-related program in the Netherlands.
Availability for on-site internship for 5–6 months and at least 4 days per week.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Basic familiarity with operating systems, cloud tools, and networking fundamentals.
Curious, eager to learn, and good troubleshooter.
Strong interpersonal skills and service mindset.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site hardware and desk support for workstation issues and peripherals.
Handle first-line tickets, troubleshoot macOS and local connectivity issues.
Image, configure, and provision laptops for new hires; offboarding of devices.
Assist with day-to-day user administration including password resets and MFA setups.
Maintain asset logs and assist with inventories and audits.
Help write end-user guides to support self-service learning.
