Job summary

The Social Hub (B Corp™) in Amsterdam is seeking an IT Service Desk Intern to be the friendly first point of contact for staff across HQ and hotels. You will handle tickets, troubleshoot issues, and learn the ins and outs of IT support in a vibrant, international environment.

Join our team for a 5–6 month internship starting February 2027, with on-the-job coaching, a monthly stipend, and access to our facilities. English is required; you should reside in Amsterdam or Barcelona.

Qualifications

• Studying MBO Computer Science or related field.
• Some experience in Help Desk or IT support is a plus.
• Cheerful, resourceful and detail-oriented.
• Able to think analytically and solve problems on the fly.
• Enjoy working in a team and communicating clearly.
• English is a must; local language is a bonus.
• Must live in Amsterdam or Barcelona.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st line IT support for HQ and hotel staff.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues.
• Log, track, and follow up on support tickets.
• Manage IT stock control, updating CMDB & Shipping devices to new users.
• Assist with system setups, updates, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with the team to solve problems efficiently.
• Keep your work organised and accurate, even when things get busy.
• Learn and grow your IT skills in real-world scenarios.
