Job summary

Akkodis, a leading international technology organization in Eindhoven, seeks an experienced IT Program Manager to lead a strategic IAM and SOX transformation. You will drive cross-functional delivery across IT, IAM, Compliance and business stakeholders.

You will coordinate multiple workstreams, manage governance and reporting to SteerCo, and drive standardization and change management for improved User Access Management processes. Hybrid work with two office days per week is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program or project management experience in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional IT/transformation programs.
• Experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM) and/or access governance.
• Knowledge of SOX, ITGC, audit, compliance or control environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a complex IT transformation program with day-to-day execution.
• Develop and maintain program plans, governance structures, action logs and risk registers.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams and manage dependencies.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions.
• Prepare executive-level reporting, dashboards and SteerCo updates.
• Drive standardization of IAM/User Access Management processes and controls.
• Collaborate with IT, IAM, HR, Finance, Sales and Compliance stakeholders.
• Manage risks, issues and escalations; support budgeting and cost tracking.
• Lead change management and stakeholder communication; identify process improvements.

For a leading international technology organization in Eindhoven, Akkodis is looking for an experienced IT Program Manager to lead a strategic transformation program focused on Identity & Access Management (IAM), User Access Management and SOX controls.

This is a senior program management position for someone who knows how to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives and operate effectively between IT, IAM, Compliance and business stakeholders.

The role

As IT Program Manager, you will lead a program aimed at standardizing and improving User Access Management processes and controls across SOX-scope applications.

You will act as the central point of coordination across multiple workstreams and ensure that deliverables, dependencies, risks and decisions are effectively managed.

Your responsibilities include:

• Leading the day-to-day execution of a complex IT transformation program
• Developing and maintaining program plans, governance structures, action logs and risk registers
• Coordinating multiple workstreams and managing dependencies
• Facilitating workshops and stakeholder sessions
• Preparing executive-level reporting, dashboards and SteerCo updates
• Driving standardization of IAM/User Access Management processes and controls
• Working closely with IT, IAM, HR, Finance, Sales and Compliance stakeholders
• Managing risks, issues and escalations
• Supporting resource planning, budgeting, forecasting and cost tracking
• Leading change management and stakeholder communication
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and operational excellence

What we're looking for

We are particularly interested in candidates with:

• Approximately 10+ years of Program and/or Project Management experience within complex enterprise environments
• Strong experience leading cross-functional IT or transformation programs
• Experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM), User Access Management, IT controls and/or access governance
• Knowledge or experience within SOX, ITGC, audit, compliance or control environments
• Strong program governance, risk and dependency management capabilities
• Experience preparing and presenting SteerCo and executive-level reporting
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with process standardization, transformation and change management
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts and resources

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline is preferred.

Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or Scrum are considered an advantage.

Hybrid: Maximum 2 days per week in the office, typically Tuesday and Thursday

Hours: 40 hours per week

Expected start: 28 September 2026

Salary: Up to approximately €7,800 gross per month, depending on experience and fit

International environment: Collaboration with stakeholders and application teams in Europe, India and the US
