Qualifications

• EU citizenship or Dutch passport is required for eligibility.
• Strong experience in Cyber Security, Identity & Access Management (IAM).
• Solid understanding of IAM concepts, governance, access controls, and security principles.
• Experience with enterprise IAM solutions and identity governance processes.
• Knowledge of authentication technologies, privileged access concepts, and access lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with security frameworks, compliance requirements, and risk management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work in international and cross-functional environments.

• Design, implement, and improve Identity & Access Management strategies and processes.

• Contribute to cyber security initiatives focused on identity security and risk reduction.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure secure access management practices.

• Drive continuous improvements in authentication, authorization, and identity governance processes.

You will operate at the heart of enterprise infrastructure, ensuring seamless authentication services, resolving complex cross-platform issues, and safeguarding identity services that business operations depend on every day.

Key Responsibilities

What You Need to Have to Be Considered

• Depending on security background check it is necessary to hold EU citizenship or a Dutch passport
• Strong Experience in Cyber Security, Identity & Access Management, or a related field
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts, governance, access controls, and security principles
• Experience working with enterprise IAM solutions and identity governance processes
• Knowledge of authentication technologies, privileged access concepts, and access lifecycle management
• Understanding of security frameworks, compliance requirements, and risk management
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work in international and cross-functional environments

These Will Help You Stand Out

• Experience managing large-scale, multi-domain cyber security / IAM environments
• Exposure to hybrid identity setups or integration with cloud identity providers
• Familiarity with automation and configuration management tools
• Strong background in incident management and root cause analysis (RCA)
• Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and structured operational processes
