microTECH Global Limited in the Netherlands is seeking an IT Program Manager for a 5-month contract to lead the Enhanced IT Control Rationalization Program for User Access Management controls (SOX). The role combines governance, planning, and cross‑functional delivery in a hybrid work setting.

You will develop program plans, manage budgets and risks, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver executive reporting and SteerCo updates.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
10+ years of program or project management experience in complex environments.
Strong stakeholder management, governance, and executive communication skills.
Experience leading large-scale transformation, process improvement, or IAM/compliance programs.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain program plans, governance, risk management, and status reporting.
Coordinate delivery across workstreams, proactively managing dependencies, risks, and issues.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops, driving decisions, actions, and accountability.
Prepare executive reporting, dashboards, and SteerCo updates on progress, risks, and performance.
Partner with business, IT, and IAM stakeholders to align requirements, priorities, and adoption.
Manage resources, budgets, forecasting, and financial performance.
Drive process standardisation, continuous improvement, and change management to support delivery and adoption.
