Job summary

Akkodis, a leading international technology organization in Eindhoven, seeks an experienced IT Program Manager to lead a strategic IAM and SOX transformation. You will drive cross-functional delivery across IT, IAM, Compliance and business stakeholders.

You will coordinate multiple workstreams, manage governance and reporting to SteerCo, and drive standardization and change management for improved User Access Management processes. Hybrid work with two office days per week is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program or project management experience in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional IT/transformation programs.
• Experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM) and/or access governance.
• Knowledge of SOX, ITGC, audit, compliance or control environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a complex IT transformation program with day-to-day execution.
• Develop and maintain program plans, governance structures, action logs and risk registers.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams and manage dependencies.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions.
• Prepare executive-level reporting, dashboards and SteerCo updates.
• Drive standardization of IAM/User Access Management processes and controls.
• Collaborate with IT, IAM, HR, Finance, Sales and Compliance stakeholders.
• Manage risks, issues and escalations; support budgeting and cost tracking.
• Lead change management and stakeholder communication; identify process improvements.
