Job summary

Vanderlande Industries B.V. is seeking a Service Solution Architect to lead IT/OT solutions for assigned customer accounts, delivering end-to-end technical delivery in a high‑tech, global environment.

You will own testing, documentation, system optimizations and coordinate with internal teams and customers to align delivery with business goals, while maintaining a helicopter view of the solution architecture across platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT roles with customer interaction.
• Bachelor's in IT, CS, systems engineering, mechatronics, or related field.
• Fluent in English; Dutch a plus.
• IT service management knowledge; ITIL4 is a plus.
• Willingness to travel 10-20%.

Responsibilities

• Technical lead for IT/OT solutions across customer accounts.
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers to align delivery with business expectations.
• Translate customer needs into technical improvements and operational advice.
• Drive system optimizations and improvements.
• Own testing and documentation for high quality delivery.
