Job summary

Toyota Automated Logistics is seeking a Service Solution Architect to own IT/OT solutions across customer lifecycles. You will act as the technical lead for integrated solutions, coordinating with teams and customers to ensure performance and value.

The role emphasizes problem-solving, collaboration, and end-to-end delivery in a fast-moving, high-tech environment; strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT roles with customer interaction.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (IT/CS/Engineering).
• Fluent in English; Dutch a plus.
• Knowledge of ITIL4 and service management practices.
• Ability to travel 10–20% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Own IT/OT solution delivery for assigned customer accounts.
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers to align technical delivery with business expectations.
• Translate customer needs into technical improvements and operational advice.
• Drive system optimizations and ensure high-quality testing and documentation.
