Job summary

NN Group N.V. is seeking a First Line Operational Risk Officer to help manage risks across customer journeys, IT services and AI solutions.

You will translate governance requirements into practical actions and work closely with delivery teams to maintain customer trust and regulatory compliance. You will partner with business, technology and risk teams to embed risk management into digital delivery, support risk assessments and design effective controls, while promoting governance that is

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Risk Management, Technology or related field.
• At least two years of hands-on Operational Risk experience.
• Experience with risk assessments, control design, testing, and remediation.
• Knowledge of risk frameworks, governance and regulatory requirements.
• Experience supporting audits or regulatory assessments.
• Understanding AI technologies and lifecycle governance.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, monitor and mitigate operational risks across journeys, IT services and AI solutions.
• Embed risk management in digital delivery with clear ownership and controls.
• Strengthen assurance through risk and control evidence and reporting.
• Provide pragmatic advice balancing customer value and NN's risk appetite.
• Apply lifecycle approach to AI solutions from ideation to decommissioning.
• Establish accountability for each AI solution across domains.
• Support implementation of AI Policy and Responsible AI standards.
