Job summary

Zoku is seeking an IT Lead to own the technology strategy across Europe, partnering with the MSP, suppliers and operational teams to deliver a secure, scalable IT environment for a hospitality platform. This role focuses on governance, budgeting and supplier performance to support growth and guest experience.

You’ll drive modern tools, ensure compliance and lead audits, with travel to Zoku properties across Europe as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading IT in a multi-site hospitality or MSP environment.
• Strong governance, risk, and compliance mindset with platform ownership.
• Experience managing external IT service providers and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Own IT strategy, roadmap and governance in collaboration with MSP and vendors.
• Manage IT budget, licences and hardware lifecycle with supplier oversight.
• Lead selection and deployment of digital tools aligned with growth.
• Oversee security posture, incident handling and GDPR/PCI DSS obligations.
• Run annual on-site IT audits and ensure scalable IT operations.
• Develop and enforce IT policies, controls and compliance reporting.
• Drive AI tooling and MS365 initiatives to modernize the tech landscape.
• Coordinate with leadership to align IT with business objectives.
