Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Infrastructure Engineer.
• Knowledge of process automation is beneficial.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional, international environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot IT infrastructure including networks, servers, HMIs, printers, scanners, and firewalls.
• Own the IT Life Cycle Management (LCM) program and patching for local systems.
• Monitor ServiceNow tickets and manage spares/inventory for IT infrastructure.
• Ensure 24/7 uninterrupted operation of manufacturing systems and support SOPs/WIs.
