Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a senior leader for the Leiden Cell Therapy Site to drive Strategy & Transformation. You will partner with Site Head and network leaders to shape long-term priorities, translate them into measurable programs, and deliver sustainable performance improvements.

In this high-impact role, you will oversee governance, organizational effectiveness, and operational excellence, ensuring alignment with CTDO, PDS, and company priorities across manufacturing networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in pharma/biotech or life sciences.
• 10+ years in strategy, transformation, operational excellence, or related fields.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Experience in highly regulated manufacturing environments is strongly preferred.
• Budget management and business planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, deployment and evolution of the Leiden site's strategy.
• Drive strategic planning and scenario development to support critical business decisions.
• Translate strategy into actionable programs and measurable outcomes.
• Align the organization around clear business goals and performance expectations.
• Governance forums, leadership reviews and cross-functional decision-making processes.
• Lead site-wide transformation programmes aligned with headcount, budget and commitments.
• Champion change management and organizational effectiveness across the site.
• Drive productivity, cost competitiveness and continuous improvement initiatives.
