Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb Netherlands is seeking an experienced Senior Specialist for IT Site Shared Services in Leiden to support the Cell Therapy Facility. The role requires hands-on IT infrastructure expertise, strong communication, and collaboration with global partners to keep manufacturing and support systems running smoothly.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as an Infrastructure Engineer.
Knowledge of process automation systems is beneficial.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
Ability to work in a team and across functions.
Experience with IT peripherals and desktop installation.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot IT Infrastructure (network, servers, HMIs, printers, scanners).
Own the IT Life Cycle Management program and roadmap for IT Infrastructure.
Be the Cybersecurity POC and manage patching for local IT systems.
Monitor and reduce ServiceNow tickets for IT Shared Services.
Manage spares and inventory for IT Infrastructure.
Ensure uninterrupted 24/7 operation of CAR-T manufacturing systems.
Create SOPs, WI and qualification documents for equipment.
Manage shared computers in the Clean Room area.
