Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb Netherlands is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer to support the start-up of the Cell Therapy Facility in Leiden. You will collaborate with IT and business partners globally, manage lifecycle programs, and ensure robust IT operations in a highly regulated manufacturing environment.

The role requires strong communication, a can-do attitude, and the ability to work across cross-functional teams within an international organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Infrastructure Engineer.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow and CMDB is expected.

Responsibilities

• IT Infrastructure troubleshooting across networks, servers, HMIs, printers, scanners, switches, and firewall rules.
• Roadmap ownership for IT Infrastructure lifecycle management and related components.
• Be the Cybersecurity POC for the cell therapy facility IT environment.
• Monitor and reduce IT Shared Services ServiceNow tickets.
• Manage spares and inventory for IT Infrastructure.
• Ensure uninterrupted 24/7 operation of manufacturing systems for CAR-T manufacturing.
• Create SOPs, WI and qualifications for equipment and documentation.
• Manage shared computers in the Clean Room Area.
