Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb Netherlands is seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer to support the Leiden cell therapy facility. You will troubleshoot infrastructure, manage lifecycle, and lead cybersecurity patching while coordinating with global teams.

The role requires 5+ years in infrastructure and familiarity with ServiceNow and CMDB. The position offers a hybrid work model in the Leiden area, with responsibilities spanning troubleshooting, lifecycle planning, and documentation across multiple IT

Qualifications

5+ years experience as an Infrastructure Engineer.
Knowledge of process automation systems is beneficial.
Strong communication, problem-solving and adaptability.
Interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
Ability to work independently in cross-functional teams.
Hardware installation: printers, scanners, IT peripherals.
Desktop installation and support knowledge.
Basic knowledge of servers, data centers, firewalls, networks.
Basic knowledge of lab systems.
Knowledge of ServiceNow and CMDB.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot IT infrastructure: network, servers, HMIs, printers, scanners, switches, firewalls, domains.
Own IT Infrastructure lifecycle management and roadmap.
Act as IT Cybersecurity POC and lead patching of local systems.
Monitor and reduce ServiceNow tickets for IT Shared Services.
Manage spares and inventory for IT Infrastructure.
Ensure 24/7 operation of CAR‑T manufacturing systems.
Create SOPs, work instructions and qualification of equipment/documentation.
Manage shared computers in the Clean Room Area.
