Avit Group is expanding its Pre-Sales Team in the Netherlands. As a Pre-Sales Consultant you will translate customer needs into a functional technical design and advise on new services and technologies.

You will collaborate with the Account Manager and Inside Sales Representative, support engineers, and contribute commercial and technical solutions. Avit offers a full-time position with a market-competitive salary, company car, phone and laptop, plus training and flexible work arrangements based

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in the IT sector with commercial and technical responsibilities.
• Specialization in Networking, Security, or Secure Networking.
• Bachelor’s degree in ICT and relevant Cisco certifications.

Our Pre-Sales Team is looking to expand :

You will translate customer needs into a functional technical solution. In doing so, you will advise on new services and technologies and develop them into a marketable product. You will provide verbal and written justification for these solutions and present them to the client. You will collaborate with the Account Manager and Inside Sales Representative.

What will you do?

• Analyzing customer needs and accurately translating them into a functional and technical design;
• Supporting Project and Support Engineers in the implementation and support of (new) products and services;

In addition, you’re technically skilled and stay up to date in this field. You enjoy actively contributing ideas to find solutions for the client, while keeping the client’s needs and budget in mind. You apply a commercial perspective to everything you do and enjoy supporting the account manager in both these areas and on the technical side.

You also have:

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in the IT sector, including relevant commercial and technical responsibilities
• You have a specialization in Networking, Security, or Secure Networking;
• At least a bachelor’s degree in ICT;
• You hold relevant Cisco certifications;
• You enjoy working with customers, Cisco, and Avit colleagues;
