Redcare Pharmacy, Europe’s No.1 e-pharmacy, seeks an Associate Director to lead treasury and e-payment operations. You will own cash management, forecasting, and scalable payment experiences across a fast-growing platform. Coordinate with Finance and Tech to enable liquidity and growth.

The role requires 7+ years in treasury/e-payments and hands-on leadership. Based in either Cologne or Sevenum, with regular on-site presence and occasional travel between offices.

Competenze

• 7+ years of experience in Treasury and/or e-payment operations.
• First leadership experience with a hands-on, lead-by-example mindset.
• Solid expertise in cash management and short-term cash flow forecasting.
• Experience working with ERP and payment systems, and collaborating with Tech teams.
• Pragmatic, solution-oriented approach with ambition to improve and build.
• Strong stakeholder management skills in a dynamic environment.
• German language skills are a plus.

About the Role

As Associate Director, Treasury and E-Payment Operations, you will take ownership of a business-critical function at Redcare, ensuring smooth and scalable cash and payment operations across our fast-growing e-commerce platform.

You will lead and further develop our treasury and e-payment operations, driving performance, improving processes, and building strong structures in a dynamic environment. Working closely with Finance and Tech, you'll play a key role in enabling growth through reliable liquidity management and seamless payment experiences.

Qualifications

About you

• 7+ years of experience in Treasury and/or e-payment operations, ideally in a fast-paced environment
• First leadership experience with a strong hands-on, "lead by example" mindset
• Solid expertise in cash management and short-term cash flow forecasting
• Experience working with ERP and payment systems, and collaborating with Tech teams
• A pragmatic, solution-oriented approach with the ambition to improve and build
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• German language skills are a plus

This role can be based in either our Cologne or Sevenum office. Whichever you choose will be your primary location with regular (weekly) on-site presence; occasional (bi-weekly - monthly) visits to the other office are also part of the role.
