Job summary

NIBC Bank is seeking a Product Owner for the IT Accounting & Control delivery team within the Finance domain. You will translate business needs into strategic roadmaps and guide epics into the team backlog, balancing stakeholder priorities while ensuring compliance with IT regulations in banking.

You will collaborate with Business Owner, IT Manager Finance & Risk, and other stakeholders, while driving continuous improvement and value delivery in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in a leading Agile IT banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product vision and roadmaps for run and change activities.
• Prioritize team backlog and guide epics from domain backlog to team backlog.
• Ensure work items are refined and sprint-ready.
• Act as sparring partner for the team to ensure banking IT best practices.
