Job summary

RL People in the Netherlands near Eindhoven seeks an experienced Operations Team Leader to take full ownership of daily ITAD operations. You will lead a team of about 10 production staff, ensuring efficient and safe processing in line with customer SLAs.

You will drive continuous improvement in workflows and collaborate with colleagues to deliver customer-focused solutions while upholding quality, safety, and sustainability standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a supervisor or similar leadership role
• Solid knowledge of IT hardware in production/operations
• Ability to plan production work and manage priorities
• Motivating leadership with focus on teamwork and quality

Responsibilities

• Lead ITAD operations team for daily execution
• Plan and coordinate processing of incoming IT equipment per SLA
• Set clear goals and coach team members for skill development
• Monitor Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental standards
• Adjust production plans to handle unexpected deliveries or volume changes
