You will support and optimize a variety of business applications and platforms, ensuring high availability and a seamless experience for users across the firm. You will work in an agile setting, closely with business stakeholders, developers, and other IT teams to keep our application landscape future‑proof. Your concrete responsibilities include:

• Providing second‑line support: troubleshooting incidents and resolving technical or functional issues efficiently.
• Supporting cloud‑based platforms such as Azure and contributing to stable, secure, and scalable application environments.
• Assisting with data‑related platforms and solutions, including data analytics environments and Databricks.
• Helping safeguard IT security by following best practices, monitoring risks, and supporting secure application operations.
• Maintaining documentation, sharing knowledge, and contributing to continuous improvement and innovation across the support landscape.
