Qualifications

• Experience in problem management, incident resolution, and performance tuning.
• Strong skills in .NET, Python, PowerShell, and troubleshooting critical applications.
• Hands-on expertise with Azure DevOps, AWS, Jira, and ServiceNow.
• Deep knowledge of API integrations, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and middleware.
• Mastery of monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
• Familiarity with ITIL, RCA, and continuous service improvement.
• Ability to explain complex IT issues without making non-techies cry.
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• ITIL or other relevant technical certifications (or the motivation to get them).
