Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an ISR Systems Technician based in the Netherlands to install, maintain, and troubleshoot advanced airborne ISR mission systems. The role spans RF, networking, software, sensors, and mission computing technologies.

You will work independently while collaborating with engineering and sustainment teams to ensure systems are mission-ready in dynamic environments. You will perform Windows and Linux administration, use RF test equipment, configure mission networks, and support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years related experience required.
• At least 3 years’ experience supporting airborne ISR systems.
• Strong radar fundamentals and GMTI/MMTI/SAR knowledge.
• Hands-on RF test equipment experience.
• Proficient in Windows and Linux administration.
• Ability to read schematics and block diagrams.
• Experience with software loads, firmware updates, troubleshooting.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• DoD 8140 IAT Level 2 certification beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and sustain airborne ISR mission systems.
• Conduct pre-mission checks and field-level troubleshooting.
• Perform Windows and Linux administration tasks and scripting.
• Use RF test equipment to isolate faults and validate performance.
• Configure and troubleshoot TCP/IP mission networks.
• Read schematics and wiring diagrams to diagnose issues.
• Manage software loads, firmware updates, and baselines.
• Collaborate with engineering and sustainment teams on integration.
• Provide field reports and feedback for root-cause analysis.
• Travel internationally to support mission needs.
