Job summary

Embedded Engineering in Rijswijk (Netherlands) is seeking an experienced RF Engineer to design, develop and validate RF systems for defence and security applications. You will join a tight-knit team of engineers working on advanced military communication and sensing solutions.

Requirements include a Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering, at least 5 years of RF design experience, and proficiency with RF measurement equipment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering or relevant work experience.
• Certificate of conduct (VOG) required; security screening may be part of the selection process.

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing RF systems and subsystems for military communication and sensing applications.
• Develop RF waveforms and signal chains, including modulation, filtering and amplification.
• Contributing to analog RF electronics (e.g. LNAs, mixers, oscillators, power amplifiers).
• Perform RF simulations
• Developing and executing test and validation plans.
• Writing technical documentation.
• Leading design tasks carried out by multidisciplinary teams.
