Job summary

Organon Oss is seeking an experienced Integrated Production Team (IPT) leader to align site operations with global strategies and drive high performance. You will guide diverse disciplines, oversee Nexplanon and NuvaRing production, and manage IPT budgets and investments.

You will lead a large team, champion safety and quality, and partner with Centres of Excellence to deliver compliant, reliable supply for customers while pursuing continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Academic/Master’s degree
• Over 8 years of relevant experience; several years of management experience with leadership and strategic planning capabilities

Responsibilities

• Align IPT with Organon strategies at site leadership level
• Lead and manage IPT for Nexplanon and NuvaRing
• Oversee budget and capital investments and reporting
• Ensure safety and quality compliance across IPT
• Produce IPT reports for OMS management and stakeholders
• Develop and retain a team of 250+ employees
• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency
