Job summary

Eurofins Scientific Nederland in Nijmegen seeks a Lead MedTech Operator - Production to combine hands-on manufacturing with team leadership in a regulated MedTech environment.

You will perform production activities under GxP guidelines, coordinate daily operations, and work closely with the Site Lead and the client’s Production Manager to ensure smooth operations and continued product quality.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a regulated production environment.
• Strong communication with operators, management and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to coach colleagues and drive quality and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture the product per procedures and quality standards.
• Prepare and verify batch components and related documentation.
• Lead one-on-one meetings to support team development and engagement.
• Coordinate production planning and allocate resources effectively.
• Act as primary operational contact for the client's Production Manager.
• Support onboarding and training of new operators.
• Lead by example with professionalism and accountability.
