Organon seeks a Continuous Improvement Engineer for Women’s Health to drive process improvements within the IPT. You will analyze performance indicators, lead root-cause investigations, and shape site standards while coordinating with cross-functional teams to realize improvements and financial impact.

You will manage the IPT profit plan, prioritize initiatives, and facilitate meetings to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Process or Mechanical Engineering, Technical Business Administration or other related background.
• At least 3-5 years of business and project management experience in an improvement manufacturing environment.
• Experience with data analysis and processing in different systems (SAP, Excel, etc.) and different fields).
• Good prioritizing, people engagement and change management skills.
• Strong focus on safety, quality/ compliance, sustainability and customers.
• Team player, structured, flexible and willing to go the extra mile.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in both Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and /or assist in Root Cause Investigations and identify improvements as needed.
• Work closely with colleagues within IPT, IPS team, and cross IPT to share best practices, align strategy, and design and implement site standards, Facilitate the process to define and follow up the key IPT priorities (Hoshin Kanri).
• Involved in set-up, review and monitoring of the business case documents, set-up for these priorities and have the focus on financial and production impact.
• If needed, set-up/ facilitate the IPT profit plan process (headcount, performance, yield, productivity portfolio).
• Be involved in, facilitate, or lead IPT projects.
• Facilitate a continuous improvement behavior.
• Realize and monitor the implementation of the IPT improvement initiatives using the different improvement methodologies and tools.
• If needed, facilitator for IPT meetings (daily, staff and departmental, etc.).

Continuous Improvement Engineer – Women’s Health

Job Description For one of our IPTs (Integrated Process Teams) in Women’s Health we are looking for an experienced: Continuous Improvement Engineer – Women’s Health Purpose of the role Reporting to the Associate Director Operations you will be responsible for facilitating the IPT in the improvement process. You will review, realize, and monitor the IPT improvements (Hoshin, IPS 8 step problem solving and training), the profit plan set up incl. headcount/ productivity improvement plan/ production KPI’s, project business case plans and people change management processes, which will need thorough data analysis. You will set standards within the IPT and initiate and contribute to the implementation of process improvements. Welcome to our team This production unit (internally IPT (Integrated Process Team)) is responsible for all operational activities related to the manufacturing and supply of a commercially highly successful contraceptive product to more than one hundred countries. The product is a long-acting contraceptive in the form of a polymer implant contained within a sterile applicator. In addition, the IPT is responsible for the manufacture of a polymer-based vaginal contraceptive ring. With a team of approximately 325 employees, the IPT manages the entire production process, from implant manufacturing through to the final packaged product. These activities take place in a modern pharmaceutical manufacturing facility that incorporates the latest robotic and manufacturing technologies. Production operations are conducted on a continuous five-shift schedule
