Johnson & Johnson Vision Groningen specializes in the development, improvement, and manufacturing of intraocular lens products, supported by integrated R&D and manufacturing teams. The Project Manager, New Product Introduction – IOLs, will lead end-to-end NPI projects, coordinating global cross-functional teams and ensuring Design Control and regulatory compliance to deliver complex medical devices.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of project management experience in a regulated, technology-driven environment.
• Experience managing medical device NPI projects, preferably ophthalmic products.
• Strong knowledge of Design Control and Risk Management.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive end-to-end NPI projects for intraocular lenses, including plans, schedules and budgets.
• Lead virtual, cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.
• Ensure compliance with Design Control, Risk Management, and Change Management.
• Maintain project documentation through the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs and Quality for submissions.
