ABN AMRO Bank N.V. is recruiting an Investment Associate for the Sustainable Consumption team within the Sustainable Impact Fund (SIF).

You will identify, assess and support high-growth companies across Northwestern Europe that reduce environmental footprints in materials, packaging and food systems. You will contribute to the full investment process—from sourcing to portfolio management—working with managers, founders and co-investors to drive environmental and societal impact alongside

Qualifications

Strong analytical, financial modelling and valuation skills.
Affinity with sustainable consumption themes such as circularity, sustainable materials, packaging, food systems and ingredient innovation.
Excellent command of English; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

Identify and screen promising investment opportunities across Northwestern Europe.
Conduct market research and industry analyses.
Build financial models, business cases and valuation analyses.
Support due diligence processes across commercial, financial, legal and impact assessments.
Prepare investment materials for internal decision-making and committees.
Assist portfolio companies with strategic and operational initiatives.
Monitor portfolio performance financially and from an impact perspective.
Maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, co-investors and ecosystem partners.
