Fashion for Good is seeking an Investment Associate to drive direct investments, due diligence, and portfolio management. You will work with portfolio companies to support fundraising efforts and expand external funding for scalable sustainable innovations.

You will build strong investor networks and contribute to thought leadership, reports, and outreach activities, reporting to the Managing Director in Amsterdam.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in full VC transaction cycle (origination to exit).
• Strong relationship management and communication skills.
• Affinity with sustainability and hard tech.
• Intellectual curiosity with analytical rigour.
• Adaptable to different cultures and settings.

Responsabilités

• Drive early-stage direct investments (due diligence to deal execution).
• Portfolio management and quarterly reporting to MD.
• Develop innovators' fundraising and business plans with support networks.
• Build and maintain a global investor network with VCs and corporate VCs.
• Host investment-focused sessions with innovators and investor contacts.
