Job description

Take your next career step as a Supervisor at Arvato in Gennep and help drive high-quality healthcare logistics in an international environment.

As a Supervisor, you'll lead a logistics operation where quality, compliance, and continuous improvement are essential. You'll coach your team, optimize processes, and ensure daily operational targets are achieved in one of Europe's most advanced logistics environments.

You'll work in our Healthcare division, supporting international customers with supply chain solutions where accuracy and reliability are critical. Using modern WMS/ERP systems and working closely with Team Leaders and Workforce Planning, you'll play a key role in delivering operational excellence.

YOUR TASKS

As Supervisor, you are responsible for coordinating the daily logistics operation while ensuring KPIs, productivity, and quality targets are achieved. You lead your team throughout the day, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure staffing and operational planning remain aligned with business needs.

• Coordinate the daily logistics processes and ensure operational KPIs and targets are achieved.
• Lead daily operational meetings with Assistant Supervisors to review planning, staffing, performance, and priorities.
• Monitor, control and optimize logistics processes throughout the day while identifying process improvements.
• Manage workforce planning together with the Workforce department and ensure efficient staff scheduling.
• Coach, motivate, and develop Assistant Supervisors and warehouse employees to achieve the best possible results.

Together with several Supervisors, you'll manage a large operational workforce in a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

• A gross monthly salary between €2.607and €4.164 based on 40 hours, depending on your experience;

YOUR PROFILE

We're looking for a people-oriented Supervisor who enjoys working in a dynamic logistics environment where leadership, ownership, and continuous improvement go hand in hand.

• MBO working and thinking level with relevant experience or HBO starter;
• At least 1 year of experience as a Supervisor, or at least 2 years as an Assistant Supervisor;
• Good command of the English language;
• Experience with Excel and ERP/WMS systems, preferably SAP;
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to improve operational processes;
• A proactive, people-focused leader who motivates teams and builds strong relationships.
